Need to Know : 

Ø Hall of fame is closed on monday.

Ø The third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.

Ø  Below 5 yrs child is not recommendable for Ladakh . 

Ø  Do not take Alcohol on First Day of Arrival .

Ø  Any Heart, Blood Pressure, Asthma Patients or any other critical illness suffering patient are not recommended to Ladakh or you can check with your doctor before travelling.

Ø Room heaters if required can be provided on a chargeable basis,subject to  availability.

Ø Hot water is only provided for 2 hours during the morning and evening in  Leh. In camps, hot water is only available for a limited  time in the  morning.
Ø Only vegetarian meals are served at Nubra , Pangong and Tsomoriri.
Ø Connectivity (phone as well as internet) is poor and unreliable in Ladakh. Most hotels / Camps will not have a Wi-Fi connection.

Ø Pangong lake via Shyok route is little tough and very much dependent upon weather on a particular day, just in case it is not operational on the day you are supposed to take this journey, we would use the alternate route via Leh city (longer but safer on a chargeable basis ).

Ø Transportation as per itinerary point to point basis only (not available at disposal)
Ø Transportation will only serve those locations where the local cab union is allowed to visit else the client has to bear the cost of the  additional cab cost on a direct payment basis.
Ø The itinerary mentioned is only a reference for the tourist attraction covered at a particular destination. The actual sightseeing may vary at per the current scenario of the destination depending on weather, traffic, etc.
Ø  The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost
Ø The package cannot be combined with any other offer
Ø Check-in and Check-out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.
Ø In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the kitchen operational timings of concerned Hotel 

Ø   A/C of the vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Areas.

Ø The hotel does not allow to check in with any pet
Ø In case of any irreverent activities in the destination, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
Ø In case of any irreverent activities on roads and anywhere in the above-mentioned travel plan, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
Ø In the case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. The agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
Ø  In any case of heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will  not   go   anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any loss
Ø   Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned the hotel's cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy
Ø   The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling or any mishappening any road   accident  during the tour.
Ø    The package once purchased cannot be rescheduled or Changed under any circumstances.
Ø     The agency is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of a mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tire bust or   any other   problem in the vehicle during the tour ( In this case no  refund will be given)
Ø      Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not  included /Charges  Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Ropeway            etc Games is not  included
Ø     Clearance of full package payment is mandatory before 2nd day of the trip start, else agent is liable to hold the service  or to take any  legal action.
Ø     If full package payments not done within the given time frame your booking will stand canceled  & the agency is not liable to refund  the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the  package.
Ø      All the meals mentioned in the itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel only where you are going to stay during  the tour.

Ø   Travel/Medical insurance not included

Ø    Fees / Charges related to any tourist permit is not included apart from the charges mentioned in the inclusion service.
Ø    A personal medical kit is not included
Ø    Expenses for personal nature are not included
Ø    Emergency evacuation cost is not included
Ø    Please Note:- Disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with (Terms and conditions, Stay,
   Food, Travel plan, inclusions, Cancellation policy, Bookings in hotel, bookings of cab, Any personal loss or mishappening  during   tour, Any road accident during the tour, regarding permits,
  inner line permit for Leh and any entry restricted by government for some specific days or months to national parks any state or   borders or places closed due to some irrelated activities,regarding payments & refunds, any loss due to nature/weather conditions,  above package  offered by the agency o any personal loss) or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in the agency registered jurisdiction only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
Ø  Cancellation charges if plan cancels then following deduction charges  will be applied;

 Package cancellation is divided between 2 components (i.e. Flight and Land.) The following rules are applicable for respective  components.

Flight Cancellation: As Per the Airline's Cancellation Policy

Processing fee: 13% of the total package cost will be charged regardless of any reason if you
choose to cancel your trip post booking.
•Between 45 days to 60 days from the trip start date: 25% of total package cost will be deducted
as cancellation charge;
•Between 44 to 31 days from the trip start date: 50% of total package cost will be deducted from
the total package amount;
•Between 30 to 21 days from the trip start date: 60% of total package cost will be deducted from
the total package amount;
•Between 20 and 14 days from the trip start date: 75% of total package cost will be deducted
from the total package amount
•14 days prior to the trip start date: 100% amount of total package cost will be deducted.
•In case of no-show, no refund will be given. 

·    If you pay GST on total invoice amount will be not refundable once file is confirmed

Child Policy:-

Children below 5 years of age are allowed to stay free with parents without extra bed.

·        Children between 5 – 12 years have to take an extra bed at the prescribed rate.

·        02nd child between 5 – 12 years sharing parent’s bed have to pay extra for Meals only.

After getting payment if the hotels envisaged are not available or sold out, we will book similar accommodation or the next best alternative available in accordance for which we will advise you the supplements or rebates if any. Rates quoted are valid for said dates only and are subject to change without any prior notice any change in the dates will reflect on the given rates.
